DICEDCUBE LEASETRADE PVT LTD acts as a mediator between investors and our partner company who owns the containers. Investors can invest in container ownership and receive fixed monthly rental income from the leasing of these containers.

2. Investment Process

• Investors must create an account on our platform to participate.
• Investments are made in containers owned by our partner company.
• Fixed monthly rental income is disbursed to investors based on agreed terms.

3. Rental Disbursement

• DICEDCUBE LEASETRADE PVT LTD facilitates the disbursement of fixed monthly rental income to investors on behalf of our partner company.
• Rental payments are made directly to the investor’s designated bank account or investment account as per the agreed schedule.
• Annual subscription charges, platform fees, and network fees are non-refundable regardless of whether the customer chooses to invest or not. Without the renewal of the subscription, DICEDCUBE LEASETRADE PVT LTD will not disburse rental income through the platform.

4. Ownership and Liability

• Investors do not own the containers directly but have ownership rights to the fixed monthly rental income generated by the containers’ leasing.
• Ownership of containers, maintenance, insurance, and leasing operations are the responsibility of our partner company.

5. Risk Disclosure

• Investments in container leasing carry inherent risks, including changes in market conditions, leasing demand, and maintenance costs.
• DICEDCUBE LEASETRADE PVT LTD does not guarantee returns or the performance of investments made through our platform.

6. KYC Compliance

• Investors must comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) guidelines as per regulatory requirements.
