At DicedCube LeaseTrade Pvt Ltd, we strive to provide our customers with the highest level of satisfaction through our container leasing and partial ownership services. However, due to the nature of our subscription-based model and the financial commitments involved, our policy regarding refunds is outlined below:

1. Non-Refundable Subscription Fees

All subscription fees paid for container leasing and partial ownership under the DicedCube LeaseTrade model are non-refundable. This includes both one-time and recurring subscription payments made to secure your leasing rights or ownership interests in the containers.

2. No Cancellation of Active Subscription

Once a subscription is activated, the user is committed for the entire duration of the lease term as outlined in the agreement. Cancellations within the active period are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued for the remaining subscription period.

3. Upfront Fees and Charges

Any upfront fees, including but not limited to administrative, on boarding, or processing fees, are non-refundable. These fees are charged to cover the initial costs of setting up the lease and cannot be reclaimed even if the service is discontinued by the customer.

4. Exceptional Circumstances

In exceptional situations, such as technical issues on our part leading to a failure in service delivery, we will review the case on an individual basis. If deemed appropriate, we may issue a partial credit that can be applied toward future subscription periods or services. However, this does not guarantee a monetary refund.

5. Service Suspension or Termination

DicedCube LeaseTrade reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription if there is a breach of our terms of service or misuse of the leased assets. In such cases, no refund or compensation will be provided for any remaining subscription period.

6. Changes to the Refund Policy

DicedCube LeaseTrade Pvt Ltd reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via our website and will become effective immediately for new subscriptions. Existing customers will be informed in advance of any changes that may affect them.
